Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment posting.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details and we send a replacement. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy.

Every batch is third-party tested in a US-based laboratory to confirm quality and consistency. Testing verifies greater than 99% purity, confirms molecular identity, and ensures all products are free from contamination. Lab reports are available upon request and included on product pages when applicable.

About Peptides & Storage

Lyophilized peptides may appear as a solid puck but can break up into powder during shipping. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the peptide.

Reconstitution means turning a freeze-dried (powdered) peptide back into liquid form by adding a sterile solvent, usually Bacteriostatic Water or Sterile Water, depending on the use case. The process restores the peptide to a usable state for research.

At a high level, it works like this:

  1. Draw up the correct amount of bacteriostatic water with a syringe.

  2. Inject it slowly into the vial, letting it run down the side (not directly onto the powder).

  3. Gently roll or swirl until the powder dissolves completely. Do not shake.

 

Put simply, reconstitution means adding bacteriostatic water to a freeze-dried peptide to make it liquid and usable. You’re basically mixing the powder back into the solution before research.

No, we don’t reconstitute peptides before shipping. We offer Sterile Water and Bacteriostatic Water so researchers can reconstitute peptides safely under controlled lab conditions.

 

Peptides are sent in their freeze-dried state to preserve stability and prevent degradation. Once mixed with a solvent, the shelf life shortens, and refrigeration becomes necessary. Shipping them dry keeps them stable and uncontaminated.

Some peptides take longer to dissolve, especially those that are hydrophobic, meaning parts of their structure repel water. Peptides rich in amino acids such as leucine, isoleucine, valine, phenylalanine, or tryptophan may mix slowly or clump at first.

 

Allow the solvent to sit on the powder for a few minutes, then gently roll or tilt the vial to help it dissolve. Avoid shaking, as this can damage the peptide. If a peptide remains partially undissolved, researchers may use a small amount of a mild acid or buffer (such as 0.1% acetic acid) depending on the compound and research requirements.

 

Hydrophilic peptides like BPC-157 or TB-500 usually dissolve easily, while more hydrophobic ones like Melanotan II or Epitalon may take additional time and care.

Refrigeration or freezing is not required before reconstitution, although cooler storage can extend shelf life for long-term research use.

 

Once reconstituted with a solvent, peptides become more sensitive to temperature and should be stored under refrigeration (typically 2–8°C) to maintain stability and prevent degradation.
